In no event shall ta365's total aggregate liability to any Player, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to ta365 in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may request closure of your ta365 account at any time by contacting ta365 support. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and provided that no outstanding withdrawal restrictions apply.
Upon termination of your ta365 account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Disputes relating to specific game round outcomes must be raised with ta365 support within forty-eight (48) hours of the game round in question. ta365 will investigate the matter using server-side logs and game records. ta365's determination following such an investigation is final, subject to the escalation procedure set out in clause 13.2.
ta365 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email or mobile number on file, or by a prominent notice on the ta365 Platform, at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the ta365 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and contact ta365 to close your account prior to the effective date of the amendment.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that is not resolved through the dispute resolution procedures set out in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
